In recent years, a close-knit group of freelancers has emerged, who have been able to realize many beautiful projects. Together with this group, we have been looking for ways to optimize the process - from application, planning and mediation to execution and invoicing.
Halfway through 2024, we were made aware of the tightening of the DBA Act. As a result, we revised our working methods to comply with all applicable laws and regulations as quickly as possible.

Normec

During this process we came into contact with Normec .
Normec is an accredited inspection body that focuses on testing, inspection and certification, and supports companies in innovating safely, quickly and cost-efficiently.
After a thorough audit by Normec, with a positive result, we have been included in the register of the Stichting Normering Arbeid (Dutch Labour Standards Foundation) as of April 11, 2025 and we are allowed to bear the SNA quality mark.

The SNA quality mark is intended for companies in the temporary employment and (sub)contracting sector and demonstrates that a company meets the standards for reliable entrepreneurship (NEN 4400-1).
This quality mark helps prevent risks of fraud and illegality. Companies with the quality mark are periodically checked for compliance with laws and regulations, such as wage payments, tax obligations and identity checks.

At Outstanding Service Partner we have clearly mapped out the exact costs associated with the concept we have developed. No gangmaster structure, but a cost price model where both the client and the ZZP'er are satisfied - and everything is fully in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
